The terms and conditions contained in our website govern the relationship between us, Traveljosh and you, the passenger. By booking a trip with us, a passenger agrees to be bound by the conditions of terms and conditions.

Traveljosh promises to give complete effort in offering you the right kind of accommodation that has been promised during the contract. If in any case, the hotels remain unavailable or sold away during booking, we take your accommodation to a step higher. We provide similar or superior quality hotels in that case where you will be the bearer of the additional cost/reductions owing to the upgraded services.

Upon receiving the request of your booking and confirmation of payment, Traveljosh travel consultants will begin assisting you in creating a pleasant and well-designed trip plan considering and accommodating your interests and special requirements. It is highly recommended to make your booking 60 days prior to the departure date.

Any charge, costs and payments related to natural disasters or any similar uncontrollable situations will have to be borne by the passenger. Though such situations are beyond our control and we are not responsible for it, we regret your inconvenience and render you every support to let you find the best avail.

While booking, you must lucidly mention your full name and details and take your own responsibility for any important documents. Our company is not responsible for any loss or damage of the same.

The sundry or extra costs add up during the festivals or special yearly eves and additional charges of extended travel time owing to excess crowd on the roads also get included in your budget. The extra dinner, drink and entertainment charges along with delayed travel time costs that are not specified in our contract will have to be borne by you.
